Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of Bridgeline (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the Site.

1. The Site is a non-custodial interface

Bridgeline is a front-end interface to third-party, on-chain protocols (including the LI.FI aggregator and the bridges and exchanges it routes through). We never take custody of your assets, never hold or have access to your private keys, and never execute or relay transactions on your behalf. Your self-custodial wallet signs everything. All transfers are executed by third-party smart contracts, not by us.

2. No reversals

Blockchain transactions are final. Once you confirm a transaction in your wallet, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by us — we have no technical ability to do so. You are responsible for verifying every detail (network, token, amount, destination address) before you confirm.

3. Fees

The Site adds a service fee to transfers executed through the widget, shown in each quote before you confirm. Third-party protocols may charge their own fees and spreads. Network (gas) fees are set by the underlying blockchains and are outside our control.

4. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax and sanctions laws, and for ensuring you are permitted to use these protocols in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Site for unlawful activity.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that quotes, routes, timing estimates, or availability will be accurate or uninterrupted. Third-party protocols carry their own smart-contract and operational risks.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridgeline and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party protocol it interfaces with.

7. Operation and governing law

The Site is operated from the United States. These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
